Methods to remotely access a device from another device, where at least one of the two should be running Android.

There are several methods to remotely access a device. Depending on what to "remotely achieve", one or another is more suitable. And depending on how your question/issue is targeted, a different tag might be more applyable or used in conjunction:

  • : Virtual Network Computing is about seeing the entire desktop of the remote device as if you were working directly on that device. It usually gives you full control.
  • : using your Android device as a remote control for other equipment (e.g. TV), to remote control your PC (or selected applications on it), or vice versa
