What should I check if Kovri can't connect to peers?
I downloaded a recent (pre-)alpha build on my RPi3 (Raspbian Lite - Jessie 8.0) using wget. It installed fine and runs. The problem is it never actually connects to peers.

What is special about Kovri over tor and other i2p-router?
Why a i2p-router over tor? Something with tcp and udp? maybe? It sounds lot more complex routing. Though tor is looking less safe lately
