I am a slug at Southampton University, studying algebraic geometry. My supervisor is Bernhard Koeck, and I started looking at group actions on algebraic curves and their associated spaces of holomorphic differentials.

This lead to considering polydifferentials, and I am now looking at how they relate to deformation theory.

I am also looking at group actions on the algebraic de Rham cohomology of algebraic curves, in particular to see when the canonical short exact sequence doesn't split in positive characteristic.

Hopefully I will be able to add more on here soon, as my maths power increases.
