First, I'd check what WiFi access point your Mac is connected to.
One explanation for your screenshot is that your MacBook is acquiring (or has recently acquired) its IP address from a DHCP server on the device called Breezys-iPhone. That's most likely to happen if that iPhone is acting as a tethered hotspot, and your Mac is connecting to it rather than your usual WiFi access point.

strange! I don't think it is. It should be connecting to an xFinity hotspot. Could I possible be being deceived?? – Pianofile Dec 19 '16 at 01:14

It's unlikely you're being deceived. See the answers to this question for other reasons why this can occur, and potential solutions... in particular, you may be able to fix it by flushing your DNS cache and restarting. – calum_b Dec 19 '16 at 14:48
