how can I fix my Samsung Galaxy Y GT-S5360?

All of my applications are forcing to close such as its home, messaging, play store services and others.I can't make changes or even open application drawer or home.I can only open my contacts and make a call.

Cannot see pictures and cannot hear audio on Galaxy Y; package data not signed properly

I don't know what's wrong with my Galaxy Y. When I take pictures or download pictures, they cannot be viewed. Audios can not be played. I tried downloading Facebook, Viber and Wattpad, but it keeps on saying package data was not signed properly.
