The link APK Downloader is not working.
Is there any other convenient method to download the APK file to my notebook ?

I take it that your phone/tablet doesn't have Google Play. To directly download apps why not use Amazon Market to download apps from your phone.
Other than this, I'd recommend you to Google out individual apps by name for their APK or wait for the service to return.

I'll second what Izzy is saying. I can't agree with this answer as long as the "recommend you to google ... apps" part stands. That's dangerous advice. – dotVezz Dec 20 '13 at 16:06
